When you access mm33mm's website, mobile application, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions in this agreement. These terms form a legal agreement between mm33mm and the player, and may be updated at any time.
This platform is open to users aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use mm33mm's services. If underage access is detected, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be confiscated.
mm33mm reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after any amendment means you accept the updated terms.
Account Opening and Registration
Each player may register only once and hold only one personal account at mm33mm. If duplicate accounts are found, all such accounts will be closed and any funds in them may be forfeited.
Accuracy of Personal Information
When registering, you must accurately fill in your full name, date of birth, contact number, and other details that match the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals from accounts registered with inaccurate information may be rejected.
Account Security
- Players must not share their login ID or password with any third party under any circumstances.
- mm33mm is not responsible for any funds lost before they are shared.
- If you notice that someone else has accessed your account, you must immediately notify us at [email protected].
- The player is personally responsible for all actions carried out on their account.
Account Verification
mm33mm may carry out a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify a player's ID card or other identification and payment details. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification period. If a player refuses to provide the required documents within the requested timeframe, the account may be closed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
At mm33mm, deposits and withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks and the minimum withdrawal is also 10,000 Ks.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Payments are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after a withdrawal request is confirmed. Larger amounts or cases requiring KYC verification may take longer.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made only through KBZPay, Wave Money or AYA Pay.
- Deposits from a third party's payment account are not allowed — only an account registered under the player's own mobile number may be used to deposit.
- Once a deposit is confirmed, the amount will be added to the player's balance.
- If a player deposits and withdraws immediately without playing, they may lose access to any bonus as well as the right to withdraw. mm33mm reserves the right to restrict such cases without prior notice.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawals via a different method are not permitted.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed after mm33mm has reviewed and approved them.
- Withdrawals may be suspended if there is suspicious financial activity or an ongoing KYC review.
- mm33mm reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request submitted with incorrect information.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
To receive any bonus offered by mm33mm, the player must meet the wagering requirement for that bonus. Only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled will the bonus funds be eligible for withdrawal.
First Deposit Bonus — 120%
A 120% bonus of up to 500,000 Ks is available on the first deposit. Withdrawal is only allowed after wagering 20x the bonus amount.
Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering: 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks must be wagered.
Example 2 — Deposit 840,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a balance of 1,340,000 Ks. Wagering: 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks must be wagered.
General Bonus Terms
- The wagering requirement for each bonus is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
- When calculating wagering progress, bets placed on live casino games count 100%, and bets on slots also count 100% — this may vary per individual offer.
- No bonus may be claimed more than once per player, per household, per IP address or per payment account.
- If mm33mm detects irregular play (such as avoiding wagering requirements through bet manipulation or reverse gameplay), the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.
- mm33mm may determine the content and terms of any promotion and may modify or cancel a bonus without prior notice.
Gaming Terms
The following general gaming terms apply when playing games and football betting on the mm33mm platform.
Football Betting
- In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, betting outcomes will be determined in accordance with mm33mm's football match rules.
- mm33mm is not responsible for betting errors caused by incorrect match information.
- Games that have been incorrectly recorded due to a technical fault may be voided at mm33mm's discretion.
Casino and Slots Games
- Game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or the original game developer's server and cannot be altered by mm33mm.
- If your internet connection drops during a game, the result recorded on the server will be the official result.
- If the game interface malfunctions, the game record saved on the server will be taken as the correct result.
Preventing Game Fraud
At mm33mm, any player found exploiting software bugs, colluding with dealers, using game software tools, playing anonymously via VPN, or engaging in money laundering will have their account suspended and remaining balance confiscated.
VIP Program & Refer a Friend
VIP Levels
mm33mm has 4 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Your level is based on how regularly you play and your loyalty.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Cashback is credited to your account every week and you can keep playing without making a new deposit. VIP level changes are decided by mm33mm and may be adjusted without prior notice.
Refer a Friend
You can refer friends through your Referral Link and earn the following commissions.
- 10% of your referred friend's first deposit as a bonus — up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per friend.
- 0.3% of all bets placed by your referred friends, paid as a weekly commission.
- The referral bonus is only awarded when your referred friend opens a new account at mm33mm and makes their first deposit.
- If you create a second account yourself and use it as a referral, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

- If a second or third account is found to have been opened
- If a player under 21 years of age is found to be playing
